Lofts - 3 generations of missing marriages ??

Hi

I have a family line of LOFTS, where I have been unable to find the marraiges of father, son and grandson, can you help please.

Isaac LOFTS born 1638 Married ? a Mercy  ? they had a number of children all born in Saston from 1666

Thomas Lofts son of the above couple born 1673 in Sawston married a Mary and their son Thomas was born in Ickleton inn 1696

Thomas Junior married a Hannah and their son Thomas was born in Linton in 1721.

I have searched surrounding counties, it seems rather strange to have 3 generations missing marriages
