Marriage look up please

Samuel Agness was born abt 1788 in Long Melford and died in 1866 in Colchester, Essex. His wife's name was Ann. Is there any record of a marriage that might fit and provide her maiden name please? Thanks

Can't find a marriage but I presume you have this baptism

Samuel Agness bapt. 11 May 1788 Melford parents Robert and Sarah.

If Ann could have been named Hannah on baptism, then Palmer might be a possibility.

Hannah Palmer, bap 4 April 1790, Barking, Suffolk, parents Martin and Elizabeth
Same day, Robert Palmer, same parents (but he was born 1787)

And a Robert Palmer was in Colchester. In 1851 he was 63, born Needham, Suffolk
In the same year in Colchester, Ann Agness says she is 60, born Needham Market.
Go back to 1841 and Samuel and Ann have Elenor Palmer, 20, with them.

Needham Market was a chapelry in Barking.

So far, I have not found any children from this marriage.

jonw65, that is very interesting and looks like a strong possibility as Samuel's death was registered in Colchester too. Do the censuses give any other information, such as address or children by any chance?
