Charles Henry Bray
« on: Wednesday 14 February 18 23:55 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone assist in looking up relatives for the above please. Charles Bray was a Pilot of a WW2 RAF Halifax bomber which crashed in North Essex in 1943. The aircraft came down in a place called Badliss Farm Ardleigh on 25th February 1943.

I believe he is buried at St. Catherines churchyard in Ringshall Suffolk. (Row B) which I am seeking to verify. His age is unknown to me at the moment.

The aircraft was based at Pocklington.

Many thanks.

As per replies on your other posts - the names of possible living persons is not allowed on Rootschat

You can use freebmd to establish his mothers maiden name and the same site to look for siblings and their marriages etc

Hi Stan54

Are you aware of the Commonwealth War Graves site which can be very helpful with the actual details of the burial sites for Service Personnel killed in action.
