Pächterbucher, Eisfeld, 1768
« on: Thursday 15 February 18 02:56 GMT (UK) »
Hi Again,
I've got an entry here for Johann Christoph Otto in the 1768 Pächterbucher from Eisfeld. I'm not really sure, but I think it's a list of tenant/landlord arrangements. Any help much appreciated!

I'm afraid I can't read much of it all, but I think you could be right.

The word "Acker" appears several times; this can be "acre" or simply "farmland".

I think I can also see "Whg" a couple of times - this is the standard abbreviation for "Wohnung" (home, apartment, dwelling...).

Maybe someone else can see more!  :)

Best regards,
Karen

Thanks, Karen,
I'm really curious about the 2 words under his name. Maybe Dave will see it.
Thanks!

Looks like  " zu Heyd " , a small village near and now a suburb of Eisfeld.
