4 Unknown children can it be dated and restored please?

At present have no idea who these children are. It is in my Grandmothers photo album,  It is only 1.5" x 2" and has been cut out of a larger pic printed postcard size.  A date would possibly  help discover if children belong to one of her 5 sisters.

Not a dating expert but the variety of headgear, skirt lengths and general look makes me think 1920s. Others will know for sure.

Thank you. 1930's is good. Was thinking the 2 girls on left could be cousins of Dad's so that fits, they look like sisters and I think feature in other pics with dad at varying ages. Don't think girl on right or baby are relevant.

These and other pics are fun to identify, have a quite good success rate. Plus takes my mind of my problems. This is a great hobby/obsession.
