This may be nothing to do with Kitty but there is a C P , 15yrs  in the Workhouse in Listowel in 1911.

This would fit with the marriage.

I was getting confused with generation there   ::)

This looks like the marriage of Thomas Spillane and Catherine (Kitty) Power.

It shows her father as John Power deceased which if the story is correct, is a fictional name.

If you contact the church they may have more information than the civil records
Most churches recorded the mother's name and sometimes a reference to where the person was baptised if not in that parish and you might get more information this way - these records are not yet online.
