Marriage extract second opinion

I tried to decipher surname of 2nd witness. I came up with Anson or Moran. Not confident about either. Final letter agrees with "Brown" from Bookbox.

I think I was referring to where there were churches dedicated to St Ninian.  We later found that it was Union not Ninian.

I've had another look in available online  Cork records but I couldn't see a suitable one - but aren't there only a few Cork records available online?
