I've just got this so far:

I certify that John Marlow of ? S Spencer Ma?, and Robert* Burdon of ....

*add- see it as Honora now  ::)

Thank you. Could it be Riordan or Reardon? That would match other records?

Where did the baptism of Michael Riordan take place?

The most likely baptism I found for Michael Riordan was in Soho Square, Westminster, Middlesex. Birth date 14 Jan 1816 Baptism date 21 Jan 1816

There is also a Honora Riorden (that is the transcribed spelling? unsure why) in 1813.

The age listed on the other documents matched the date of baptism, so it is likely the baptism I found online and posted previously is the same one mentioned on Thomas Marlow admission report?

On a census Honora was listed as born Cork, Ireland if that helps.

There's an island near Clonmel that's called Moors Island but can't see any sign of a Church called St Ninian - there's one in Derry  :-\
