You can get a copy of the Will of Janey Fletcher who died 26 February 1920 with probate 13 May.

Hopefully her children are named in the will and if Isaac was still alive in 1920.

Administration was granted not probate so that would be different wouldn’t it?

A good source of information on Jewish relocation from Russia/Eastern Europe is the London Metropolitan Archives and the Society of Genealogists in London.

There were several societies set up to reunite families and to get them resettled in England.

Not sure if its your Harris Fletcher, but one died 1933 and is buried in the Blakely Jewish Cemetery Manchester

Yes and no (re Heywood)
my father was the administrator for my grandmother when she died and that's how it shows in the index (1960's) but she left a will detailing what was to be done etc..

The Isaac Fletcher who died in 1944 ( sorry read the date wrong last night) is listed in the 1939 National Identity Register in Salford. It would be worth seeing if he has a similar occupation to your Isaac in the 1911. He is listed as Isaac J Fletcher.

Lancashire BMD
1917
Isaac J Fletcher and  Matilda Fuller in Salford - register office or registrar attended.

Cheshire BMD
1923
Isaac Fleicher and Freda Goldberg Jewish Synagogue, Stockport
 also name given as
Isaac Jack Fletcher

These seem to match 1939 index in Salford

Isaac J Fletcher married Matilda Fuller in Salford in the December Quarter of 1917. I think she died in 1918 aged 27.

Isaac J Fletcher/Isaac Fleicher ( both names given on freebmd) marries Freda Goldberg in Stockport in March Q 1923.

They appear to have had a child in 1924.

The 1939 NI Register has a Freda Fletcher listed

Have you checked the said register?

Both Harris Fletchers are buried at Blackley Jewish Cemetery. Other members of the family may be there too.
