« on: Saturday 17 February 18 22:22 GMT (UK) »
Hi there I am attempting to discover the World War 1 record for this man. He survived the war and died in the 1960s . Thanks in advance. If you can help.

There don't appear to be any surviving records with that full name or with John S Glynn.  There are a lot of John Glynns but none that can be linked to Co Wexford that I can see.  You probably know some 60% of WW1 records did not survive bombing in the second war so it is always a 4 in 10 chance of records being found.
Are there any other clues - medals, regiment?

Oh...
I thought it was John Sexton from Glynn Co. Wexford, but that said while I can see a death for a John Sexton in Bulgan, Glynn in 1964 I can't see any Sextons living in Bulgan, Glynn in the 1901 or 1911 census. There is a lack of Sextons in Wexford in general and not many Glynns either.

Never thought of that Sinann!  No sign though of a Wexford John Sexton in the military records.  Hope the surname isn't Co!
