Thanks for the info and apologies for the delay in the reply. I will try reporting what appears to be a missing street.
I had tried directories to see who was at 2 Johnstone Street, am not sure at this stage if this Hugh is in any way related but I have made a note of him in case.
Though Hugh Cochran is the only person in the directory for that address I doubt that no 2 was a single family home, it was more likely (from what I have read about the area) to have many families living there.
