Possible restore? O'Sullivan Family of Georgia, USA
« on: Monday 19 February 18 04:53 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone restore this photo? This is my GG grandmother's family. I hope I scanned and sized this correctly. Thanks.

Wiggy, I know what you mean about photos looking different on your computer to when they are posted. This has happened several times for me too.
I think the lady with the hair possibly has a big bow in it. What I want to know is what father is holding?
Here is my attempt,

Thank you Triashanne. It looks wonderful.
I think she had a mass of curls on her head - maybe....
And I cant tell what he or the youngest child is holding.

A book? He is holding a book? Look how he is cuffing it in his palm.

Or a silver salver?    Or a plough share?     ;D ;D ;D   Could be anything couldn't it!

It is interesting that four of them have something in their hands.  And mum has her hands full of daughters' shoulders.

There is a real family likeness between them all isn't there - maybe apart from the one to the far right.   Dad and two younger girls particularly have same shaped faces.
