Kinning Park burials
« on: Monday 19 February 18 11:58 GMT (UK) »
I should probably know this, as I'm from this area, but where would the people of Kinning Park have been buried? There isn't a cemetery there and the only ones I could consider close enough are Craigton or the Southern Necropolis, and even they are both a bit far away.

Hi ,

Do you have any names and dates ? , https://www.familysearch.org/ have Lanarkshire burials/obituaries that might give further information.

You'll need to sign up for a free account if you have not done so already.

Many names and many dates. About 3 generations worth.

Thanks Monica, Good old Mitchell again.

All of my fathers side are Kinning Park (Blackburn Street), and they are all buried in Cardonald!

Mitchell has all the records :)

Hope that helps
