St Anne's Church, Shankhill
« on: Monday 19 February 18 19:34 GMT (UK) »
Hello Guys

I wonder if any one can help me with this one ?

I have Samuel Perry, baptised October 31st 1810. Parents Samuel and Mary.....I would like his parents marriage if possible, and any other children they may have had......

And

William Perry, baptised August 31st 1831. Parents Samuel and Eliza EBBERSON, Again their marriage, and any subsequent children....

Any further information would be fab.

This is all I could glean from the rootsireland genealogy site. Any where else  you can recommend ?

Many thanks
JeannieR

Sorry, realised I have posted this in the wrong place. Can it be moved please ?

Hi,

Have you seen this site?

https://www.ancestryireland.com/

I can see the births have but you mention but not the marriages you are looking for  :(  Their FAQ pages seem very helpful, maybe the marriage records didn't survive.

On their general search I can see possible siblings for Samuel b.1810 and William b.1831, both have father's called Samuel but I can't see the mother's names because I am not a member.

Regards,
Daisy

Religion?
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

Thank you All,

This is all useful information. I get a bit lost, when doing the Irish side of my family, not knowing which sites to use. I subscribe to rootsireland. I do find it very good, but there are a lot of gaps.

Will now look at your suggestions.

Thank you

JeannieR
