HI. 

One question only...... Where would the records from the Upper Green Chapel 403 be.

It is an Indepebdent Chapel - Congregational and I am looking at 1880  - 1890 records. I think it was in MIll Street and moved to Devonshire Street . then returned mid 1880's.

I have looked everywhere latest info for these Is   Possibly these:-

Keighley Knowle Park ( Congregational)  31D99/10/1-10/5         and

Keighley Utley (Congregational)  31D99/18/1-18/4     

To whom do I apply for someone to search these records. Please.

According to West Yorkshire Archive Service, the two references you give only cover marriages:

Knowle Park - 1944-1988
Utley - 1903-1964

There are no records for either baptisms or burials.

Both items are at Bradford.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
