Restoration request - Willis Thompson Hides

The lines across the uniform and background are no problem, but I seem to always have trouble with facial distortions, in this case, the chin and under the eye. When I use the clone tool in photoshop, it just looks odd, so I hope some kind soul in here can help me please.

In the middle about going with a black border. Its an easy fix if you want it gone. I cloned stamped small gaps into the creases/tears then used the patch tool
If a task is once begun never leave it till it's done. Be the labor great or small, do it well or not at all.

These are fantastic thank you so much. Where do I go wrong with these restorations. Am I wrong trying to use the cloning tool?

my contribution... Try adjusting the opacity of the clone tool and use a soft brush, not hard.  ,Tommy
