Going by the groovy wallpaper, I'd have put it at early 1970's.

I'd say late 50s/early 60s.  Sepia suggests earlier rather than later.

I agree with gadget , going by the girl's dress it looks typical of the time.

I don't think so. I can't remember us wearing clothes like that then. Also I think the girl's hairstyle is more 50s.
