There is also a death for a Christina Emma Dawson/Walker in 1961 in Stirling. She shows as aged 61 so could fit with a 1898 birth year that you have for her.

A Jessie Dawson b abt 1892 together with four other "Doms" all in their 20s sailed from Glasgow to Quebec on the Pretorian on 24 Oct 1915.
A Jessie Dawson b 1892 was married in Coshocton Ohio. USA according to Ohio County Marriage Records 1774---1993
Could either or both of these relate to my Jessie Dawson?
