On Thursday, 22 February 2018 the following public notice was published in the South Wales Evening Post.

EGLWYS BRESBYTERAIDD CYMRU
THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF WALES
Risk Assessment of Bethel Cemetery
Llangyfelach Swansea SA5 7JD
The surveyors of the above church have inspected
the gravestones and a number of the stones cause
concern and need attention to repair them.
If there are people who have a gravestone in
Bethel Cemetery please contact the Chapel Secretary,
Mr T. Alwyn Rees, 70 Swansea Road,
Llangyfelach, Swansea SA5 7JB
as soon as possible, so that contractors
can proceed with the repairs.
