Names in Will of James Chapman

Is anyone able to double check the names (mainly surnames) of the people mentioned in this extract from a 1635 Will.

I believe the people are, in order:

"Jane Parker my sister"
"Susan Chapman my sister"
"Susan Parker my said sister's daughter" [ie Jane Parker's daughter]

There also appears to be two daughters of John Chapman ("my brother") listed but I'm not certain of their names, although I think the first is Isabell.

Their names are not given; "and to theldest [= the eldest] and second daughter of my brother John Chapman".

I would go for Pecker, rather than Parker.
