Can anyone help with dating this Liverpool photo.

Can anyone help date this photo.
There is a number on the back, No 60107.  Medrington`s 29 Bold Street. Liverpool. 
There are a couple of possible ladies who I think it might be, but an idea of the date would help.

 A little touch up would be welcome.

Pleated bodice...early/mid 1890s...I think Gadget is also right about the back.
