Missing Enumunaration District

Llanwonno 1861 census  .Does anyone know if there are three missing enumeration districts ? Please note this is not a census  look up. All I want to know is are three missing sets of records. I think they are no.s 21 23 & 24.

Thanks Rosie but no . I subscribe to FindMyPast and Anc.  But I can't find these districts. Are they missing ???

I should also have said 24 and 25 not 23 and 22
