Hi, there is no baptism of a George Fellow(e)s at St. Andrew, Fairlight around 1815 on the SFHG database.

The one you found, son of Henry & Lydia was baptised at Pett.

However, there is a chapel of ease at Fairlight for which the records have not been transcribed so the baptism could be there.

Marriage was at Pett, 10 September 1835
George Fellows was of the parish, Georgiana Branscomb was of St Clement Hastings
Bachelor and Spinster
He signed, she marked
One of the witnesses was Mary Fellows, the other was George (not sure what!)

Previous marriage in the register there was 21 June 1835, Jesse Fellows and Elenor Buffard.
That was witnessed by George Fellows and Mary Fellows.  From the signature it could be the same George.
Jesse Fellows marked.

13 Nov 1837, Pett
Charlotte Fellows, a minor, married John Willard
Residence for both Pett
Her father was George Fellows, Labourer
witnessed by Jesse Fellows (marked), Sarah George

Followed at Pett by Mary, August 1816
Charlotte, 7 June 1818
parents George + Ann(e) Fellowes

So if your George was a sibling he'd have had to been born prior to Jesse.

EDIT  George is 38 in 1851 in Pett, youngest child is son Jesse, 1

If this is George's death then I would go for the 1813 baptism at Pett which is only 2.5 miles from Fairlight.
