It's already been established that George was not the son of Henry and Lydia - that George was still living with his parents in 1841.

I agree that George and Ann would appear to be George's parents having married at Hastings in 1810 and think their children were as follows:

Ann bc.1810 Fairlight (she is a widow, Ann Willis, with Ann Fellows in 1851 census as 'visitor'.
George bc.1813 Fairlight
rest of children born at Pett
