Its appallingly difficult to read, but I think Christopher might possibly be in Liverpool in 1871.

The surname might be Tennant - it seems to me to end 'ant' 

He is transcribed as Christopher Frunank on Ancestry 

Interestingly there is a William Hutchinson from Durham in the same household - Christopher married a Matilda Hutchinson (reply #5)
