Its appallingly difficult to read, but I think Christopher might possibly be in Liverpool in 1871.

RG10/ 3786/35/25

Christopher ??  , boarder, unm, 18, ??, Durham Stockton.

The surname might be Tennant - it seems to me to end 'ant'  :-\

He is transcribed as Christopher Frunank on Ancestry  :-X

Interestingly there is a William Hutchinson from Durham in the same household - Christopher married a Matilda Hutchinson (reply #5)
