Hi

Can anyone help with information regarding the death of Albert Edward Gardiner on 2nd January 1956.  Info on his probate record suggests he actually died at the establishment.  I don't unfortunately have access to newspapers.  His home address was Stroud Glos he was b. 1891 Stroud.

Your help will be appreciated.

I would have thought your best move would be to get a copy of the death cert to see the cause of death.

Thank you for your response unfortunately limited funds only allows for the purchase of certs for  direct descendants which he isn't, being the son of an uncle.  I was just hoping for info to help build up a picture of family life etc.

If he died of natural causes while at work it is unlikely to have made the local press.
