I found this entry on familysearch and was hoping that someone might know how to find the original entry, i’m interested in seeing who the witnesses may have been.

That is the image from the BTs on Family Search. No witnesses mentioned just bride and groom's names and a date, they married by banns so no licence to possibly give more info.
I haven't seen the original register, but would doubt it gives more info, always worth a shot though. Tyne and Wear Archives will have films of the parish register, the originals and microfilms are at Northumberland Archives and if you can get to an LDS Family History Centre, they have digital images of the registers that can be viewed on their pcs.
