Can anyone tell me what the highlighted word is ?  Is from an 1823 probate.  Its come up several times in the same way.

I have "the said [?] five pounds per cent annuities"

I was seeing "mavy", "navy" etc etc... but I'm still confused by what the "pound" word is doing in the middle of the phrase  ??? 

This a four page will... bottom of page 2 and next mystery word/s is it a split word across the lines ??

There are several references online including the word 'pounds', eg.:

'Five pounds per centum per annum Annuities transferrable at the Bank of England, usually called the Navy Five per cents':
