Maggie McConnell in New York

Hi All
Maggie McConnell was born in Gortreagh,Cookstown on 14 March 1880.
She emigrated to New York arriving on 13 Sept 1905. Married Hendry Wallace Gault on 28 April 1906 in Manhatton,N.Y.
She travelled to Ireland in 1921'her address on passport application is 511 E 149 st,N.Y.
I found Hendry Gault in 1925 census,marked as married,but no sign of Maggie or sometimes called Margaret.
In 1930 census Hendry W Gault is listed as a widower.
Help would be appreciated on what happen to Maggie between 1921 and 1930.

I see the passport applications for both Hendry & Margaret for travel on 2 July 1921. Hendry returned on 21 Aug. 1921 alone. Did she stay & not come back?

Yes she returned on SS Columbia from Londonderry on 24 September 1921
