His son Richard went to California as best we can tell.  Likely around 1890.  He married a Sarah Jane Heck December 28, 1882  in Oxford County.  Richard was listed as living in London, ON at time of marriage.

All others seem to have stayed in Canada.  However, other branches of my tree were in Michigan , usually for railroad work.

Richard Weirs Leave for Canadian Trip-
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Weir will leave today for a vacation trip that holds the promise of being most delightful. They are going to their old home at London, Ontario. It has been nearly 35 years since they left the city of their birth for California, and there are many relatives and old-time friends to see. They will leave over the Santa Fe at 10:50 o'clock this morning. At Detroit they will be met by William Phenlx, a relative. and after visiting in that city will cross the international boundary line into Canada for their pleasant visit at the old home. They will return the latter part of October.
