Help needed to decipher this Scottish baptism for Margaret Simpson 1749, the  words in brackets (begotten......)

I was going to say "in flour reactor" but that didn't seem quite right - your suggestion is better Looby.

It might be worth looking at the Kirk Sessions records for that time to see if anything is mentioned or punishment and admonishment recorded.
