Wonder if it was built by her uncle who came from Cornwall, a builder, same as her father, or if it was just named after his birthplace.

It seems odd that if she died in 1982 that things weren't sorted out then as her will obviously went to probate and her estate was valued at almost £55,000.

Cas Hi cas I think thats my solicitors problem he has come up against a brick wall to how he removes her name from the deeds I am not quite sure what we can do next,thank you for your expert help on here i,m afraid I am not quite up to scratch.
