Dating photograph please I. Cox 5 Sandy Hill Woolwich kent

Hi,
 I have been trying to find info regarding the photographer  I. Cox 5 Sandy Hill Woolwich kent,  (Not sure if it is I. or J. Cox) in order to date this photograph that I have attached.  I have no idea who the gentleman is, but if I knew a rough date I might be able to identify him through a process of elinination. I have not so far found any info on Cox Photographers, maybe someone else will have some luck.

I couldn't find any info about J. Cox but this will bring it back up the board for Jim to look at, I'm not that good at dating men's clothing.

In 1901 5 Sandy Hill is occupied by a John Cox and his family but his occupation is Shoe maker
RG13/564 f147 p45. 

He is not at that address on the 1891 census.

Thank you so much. How strange that he is listed as a shoemaker. I wonder whether his wife or one of his children was a photographer? So maybe the photo is c 1900 or just before? Regards Quester

In 1901 his wife Mary had no occupation listed.  The other children who were at work were all Machine Hand's - one was James age 29, no other J's & no photographers.

Very strange, Rossie, I've looked from 1871 onward and there doesn't appear to be any Coxes or photographers there except the 1901 instance.

Interestingly on the last census No 5 isn't listed.
