Hello suzanne2812, I sent you private messages.

In the margin of Albert's birth act is written CA Boulogne/mer  PdeC (which means departement du Pas de Calais) 17/10/1942 and 29/5/1947.  It should mean Carte d'Alimentation  ( food ticket).Thus it means that he was still Alive ,living in Boulogne  on the 29/5/1947.

Albert Theophile Alexandre Herbaut father of Albert was born 9 july 1847 in Carvin son of Théophile Herbaut 21 , farmer, (cultivateur) and Virginie Anastasie FIEVET, 21, in the house of his parents  Grande Rue.

Fleurence CHUINE was born 15/12/1849 in Carvin , daughter of François Chuine ,38,shoemaker, and Fleurice RIDON his wife, 36.
Archives Pas de Calais , Carvin  Naissances 1836/1864 , slides 478/1437 and 573/1437
