I've got the date, name, and "was buried" but the other bit stumps me. I think it might be "widowed" or "widower," but NO idea of the next word. Wondering if it might be CoD and in Latin???

 Looks to me as if it's Greek rather than Latin   μονόφθαλμε which would be monophthalme or 'having one eye' which doesn't make sense unless it was a nickname or byname of some sort.  Unless it was the name of a disease at that time -  did burial records give cause of death then?

And ... DUH! ... does seem to be Greek.  Will see what more I can find.  Most of the material on the family starts with (what I believe to be is) the next generation....

The word after his surname is Latin:  viduus = widower
