I have access to NY Historical Newspapers-Newsday through my local library.
Newsday covers Long Island.

The 1920 death didn't seem to match the occupation of William in 1910/1915 (surveyor and inspector)
There were quite a few deaths of William Walters around that time.

Thanks for all your help.  It matches the parents on the wedding certificate they were William T Walters and Margaret O'Shea or Shea

Sorry Kieran I was referring to the 1920 death not the William Charles Walters (1938) shown above.
