Not my area of expertise, but are you refering to 9 (Londonderry) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA?

At the National Archives, the first seven from the first page here http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/results/r?_dss=range&_ro=any&_q=9+AND+HAA

The diaries have been catalogued in a number of different ways but none are digitised so would have to be copied, at a cost!

PS Although the word Londonderry does not appear in the cataloguing, there was only one 9 HAA Regt.
I am Zoe Northeast, granddaughter of Maximilian Double.
 
It is with great difficulty I share with you that in the early hours of 07 August 2021, Maximilian passed away unexpectedly but peacefully.

Are you wanting a copy of his service records to confirm his unit or do you want copies of his units war diaries so you can see what they were doing on a day to day basis and where they were doing it.
