Yes thats how I see it. Even though the Funeral notice has him dying at Down Hall he may have been just visiting or ill and living with friends/family.

His address on Burial is same as 1851 Census.

I did find a site with a google earth image of Downholme but cant seem to find it now!

Aha!

And on the next page, at the same place, same household is "Mary Hunter aged 85, a Farmer's Widow". This was Mary Hunter, nee Sanderson, second wife of my John Hunter:
https://www.freecen.org.uk/cgi/search.pl
Apologies: These links to freecen do not seem to work. She was in the house of Edward Wilson Hunter transcribed on there as: "Dason Hall", in Barrow in the 1861 Census.

1841 Address is Market St.
1851 address is Thornton Street.
1861 appears to be Down Hall, next door is Mary Hunter, Farmers widow, born 1776 Keelby
1871 nearly everyone on page has address as Down Hall, next address is Cherry Lane

Thank you very much.
Regarding the 1861 census "Freecen", have Mary Hunter (John Hunter's Widow) at the same address as Edward.

Cheers.
