Most likely all those children were Susan and Thomas' as on the 1939 register they have 7 children with them, 2 may be living independently or possibly died.

On the same voyage as her mother, Selina.
Sailed 12th Oct 1923
Name:    Violet Christina Bradley, 1 yr 6 months, born Castleford,
Ship: Regina, DOA 20th Oct 1923, Port Quebec. Going to join father Wilmot Bradley

I can't say why the dates are different on mother and dau travel record, but they did travel together on the same ship.
