First marriage to JLM Connor was 1882 so she had to have been born a few years before 1870 at the very least- think 2nd husband Christopher was a bit younger so she wanted to appear a bit younger.

just back from some work, so thankful for all above - it appears that Elizabeth was not shy with amending dates or names as from Bray Census dates & names - it did occur to me that the age difference between John Christopher & Elizabeth may be in the mix..
Quick look at dates - if she is declared at full age on marriage cert in 1882 - 1865 is looking good - what is full age in 1882?

Yes, she seems loose with dates alright and given the marriage cert was removed there may be shinanigans afoot?? Marriage may be built on sand...

Hi Lorcan,

I am currently doing genealogical research myself and believe we are looking for information on the same person.

Elizabeth Keenan (formerly Keatley) would have been my great grand mother.

She is buried in Bray in Co.Wicklow along with her second husband Christopher Keenan.

I have pictures of her and the Keenan family from that time. Please reach out to me if you ever get this and we can follow up.
