Many many Thanks to all contributors to this thread, and the link to Canadian records.

I will digest the information in due time and add it to the spreadsheet on which I have recorded the diarys entries and additional information derived from its content. Currently there are 351 names and events listed, some are figments of information you would only find from personal contact.
