I have moved this topic to how to use RootsChat board. I helped you post a picture earlier this morning so I am guessing that it is the same problem.

What size is your image ? You are allowed images upto 500kb in size, the image you emailed me earlier was nearly 5 times this size which was one of the reasons it did not attach.

Your file name must be unique within RootsChat!

What I do is to rename the file, by adding my initials to the filename?
So file1.doc becomes file1-KG.doc

Initials and date may work slightly better?
