Looking on North Wales BMD,the only possible marriage I could find that would in anyway could be described as "local" is one between an Owen Jones and an Elizabeth Williams in 1912.It is described as a Dollgellau Civil Marriage.this means that it has to be a bought certificate I'm afraid,there being no chance of a look up as it is non-church.The certificate is best obtained from the Registry Office at Caernarvon;

It seems the GRO equivalent of the marriage is,"Dollgelly" district,Merionethshire,Vol 11b Page 690.Marriage taking place in the December Quarter of 1912.
