Is anybody able to do a marriage look-up at Preston or even Manchester please

Have you tried Lan-OPC?
Or checked on LancshireBMD to see where the marriage took place?

If it's a Register Office wedding, nothing can be looked up - you have to buy the certificate :-\

Thanks for the reply.It is a  Catholic Marriage at St Patrick's Collyhurst Manchester Reference fro LRO does show that they do have them there..
