Any sightings of Ellen in 1871? I am trying to search, and I've been doing research for 12 years nearly but I don't seem to know the right things to type

Also I am a little confused by Ellen. In 1861 she is listed as 28 (born 1833) in England, and in 1881 she is 36 (born c.1845) from London.

Struggling to find her in 1841/51 with an Alexander Smith as a father.
