French Research - Fortunato Diamanti

I am looking for any suggestions on how to find out more about the above Fortunato/Ferdinando Diamanti. It doesn't seem like a common name to me, but it also doesn't seem French.

Fortunato Diamanti - 28/02/1874 (Born in Paris) - 18 September 1941 Warrington, Lancashire, England.

I have just looked through the tables decennales 1873-1882 of all 20 arrondissements de Paris.
Unfortunately in all 20 arrondissements there was no person born with the name Diamanti.
