Looking for Matthew Moreton and Wife?

For awhile I've been looking for the marriage or baptisms for my 7th grt grandparents but to no avail.

My 6th grt grandfather was Thomas Moreton bapt 1 Feb 1778 Nuneaton, Warw. Parents Matthew and ?
I haven't been able to find a Marriage for a Matthew Moreton/Morton anywhere which seems to fit.
There doesn't seem to be any other Baptisms for Children born to Matthew in Nuneaton other than Thomas. Although there are other Moreton familes in Nuneaton at the time, A George and a Edward which could possibly be brothers as there is an Edward and George born in Mancetter around the same time. My Thomas was a Silk Weaver and there are a few wills which look to be of the George who is a possible brother to matthew and he was a Tailor so that may fit together in tems of a family of Weavers/Tailors?
There is a Matthew and Mary baptising a Son in Coventry 1774 and a Matthew and Mary baptising a son in the catholic church at Birmingham 1783.
Any help would be appreciated.
