Can anyone give me more details of Herbert George Snook's Military Service?

Found in the Surrey Advertiser Saturday 14 September 1918 page 3; 2/4th Queens wounded in the Dardanelles. Any other information would be welcome.

T/2384 later T/206439 Pte Herbert Snook overseas (Gallipoli) 17 July 1915 served until 30 May 1919.  No detailed service record appears to survive, medal records only. The battalion served at Gallipoli, then Gaza and Palestine then to the Western Front in 1918.  T prefix - Territorial Force in his case.

Surrey History Centre has a history.
There are war diaries for Gallipoli and for the later Western Front periods.

It is with great difficulty I share with you that in the early hours of 07 August 2021, Maximilian passed away unexpectedly but peacefully.

With deep sadness,

There's more in September 1915 newspapers (spelling Snooke) - son of the proprietor of the Victoria Hotel Byfleet - nice war story.

For interest - 2/4 Queens went to Gallipoli with 29 officers and 969 men, they disembarked at Alexandria at the end of the campaign with 14 and 224.
