Hi, I have searched all the sites I use, Anna's birth is not listed.
I looked through the Unknown and searched using the Fathers name, no results, sorry.
I eventually found the ship record, not the Caledonia but the Catalonia, listed as Katie, Nellie and Kate.

Hi Maggsie,
Is there an age for the child- I am assuming she is Katie?

Hi,
This ship record says,
Nellie is 3 and
Kate is 11/12
The Unknown child was a girl but different parents.
I did see on the ship record a Hannah McMahon with Katie and the 2 girls, wonder if this is Katie's sister.

So Katie is the mother and Ann Catherine is the child and perhaps born 1892.
I am just clarifying it in my head.
It seems as though Michael emigrated first - maybe it was around the time the child was born and she was not registered  :-\

I think there is a bit more to it than that.

When did Michael emigrate and do you have the family in 1900 and 1910 censuses?
