No I haven't Rosie, because I was never 100% certain as to whether I had the right person.

Rosie......the 1851 census says Lowden, but I'm as good as sure that it's Cowden.

Bucksboy......I just Googled Chalford, Berkshire and it doesn't appear to exist, so I think maybe Chalfont, Bucks still looks favourite.
Also, the "Family Search" record that you found looks to be correct I would say....an excellent find, thank you.  I can't even go on the Family Search link that Rosie posted, because I am not a member.  (sigh)

I THINK it would be safe to say that the DNA match is sadly, not with Mary Richards.

Familysearch is a free site you just need to register.  It will then let you access some records that show images of the parish registers though these are in the minority, also links anyone gives you.

I think that the William Martin/ Mary Richards marriage is yours mainly because of James Richards being with the family in 1841 and the marriage being in the same parish that Lucy & Henry were baptised.

I don't know when Mary Martin died Rosie.  She is on the 1851 and 1861 census and then I "lose" her.

I think that you need to see whether that marriage entry does say whether she is widowed or a spinster.  There is a chance it may not say either way.  It is a shame you cannot locate Mary on another census as she has already given her place of birth as 1841-not in County (Kent) 1851 Rotherhithe and 1861 Chalfont, Bucks.

Does this mean that you have now got to look at your match with this lady and see if you are related through someone else in your tree  :-\

Yes Rosie, we now have to find out "how come" we are a match.  I think it's going to be pretty hard to be honest.
